The Beplain Mung Bean pH-Balanced Cleansing Foam is formulated at a mildly acidic pH that matches your skin's own — so it removes what needs to go, and keeps everything that should stay. Mung Bean Extract (3,300 ppm) and Mung Bean Seed Powder (9,000 ppm) do the cleansing. Ceramide NP, Sodium Hyaluronate and Centella Asiatica hold the barrier while it happens. Fragrance-free. Sulfate-free.
HOW IT WORKS
pH-balanced formula (~5.5). Skin's natural surface pH sits between 4.5 and 5.5. Many conventional cleansers are alkaline (pH 7–9), which disrupts the acid mantle and leaves skin feeling tight, reactive and stripped after washing. By matching the skin's own pH, this cleanser allows the barrier to remain stable immediately after rinsing — instead of spending time trying to rebalance.
Mung Bean Extract (3,300 ppm) + Mung Bean Seed Powder (9,000 ppm). Rich in flavonoids and polyphenols with antioxidant and skin-soothing properties. The powder provides very gentle mechanical assistance without abrasion — loosening surface buildup and fine particles without compromising the barrier.
Sulfate-free surfactant system. Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate and Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate are amino acid-derived surfactants — among the gentlest cleansing agents used in K-beauty formulation. They build a soft, dense lather that lifts sebum and impurities without stripping natural oils.
Ceramide NP + Sodium Hyaluronate. Skin-identical ingredients that support the barrier and hydration level during the rinse step — uncommon in cleansers, and a key reason this formula doesn't leave skin feeling dry.
Centella Asiatica Extract + Allantoin + Chamomile Extract. Soothing actives that help calm the appearance of redness or irritation — particularly relevant for skin prone to flushing, tightness or sensitivity after cleansing.

HOW TO USE
- Wet your face with lukewarm water.
- Dispense a small amount (about the size of a 20-cent coin) onto your palm.
- Add a little water and work into a lather between your hands before applying to the face.
- Massage gently over skin in circular motions for 30–60 seconds. No scrubbing needed.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- Follow immediately with your next skincare step to lock in hydration while skin is still slightly damp.

In the evening, if you wear SPF or makeup, double cleansing is recommended: use an oil-based cleanser first to remove SPF and makeup, then follow with this foam as your second cleanse to clear the rest.
