PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

All orders are shipped directly from South Korea. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Remote areas of Australia may require additional transit time.

Express Shipping: from AU$19.99

Free shipping on all orders over AU$100

Shipping is charged per order, not per product — so the more you add to your cart, the better value you get.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders under AU$1,000 are exempt from customs duty under Australian law. In rare cases, the Australian Border Force may apply a small GST charge in line with standard import regulations. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
