Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS — CHANGE OF MIND

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

We operate a Green Return Policy — you do not need to send the item back. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card to use toward any future purchase at Hani Skin.

To be eligible, your request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns are not available on sale items or gift cards.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Contact us at hello@haniskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A photo of the item
  • A photo of the shipping packaging
  • Your order number

Once confirmed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. You are not required to return the item. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by Hani Skin in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will investigate immediately and either locate your order or issue a full refund. Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution significantly.
