We work exclusively with authorised distributors who source straight from the official Korean brand warehouses, so you're getting the exact same formula sold in licensed Korean pharmacies and beauty retailers.

Every product ships sealed in its original packaging with the full ingredient list (INCI) and manufacturing details printed by the brand.

We ship across Australia with two options: Standard Shipping (8-14 business days) and Express Shipping (3–5 business days) for when you need your routine to arrive fast. All orders are processed within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation, and you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow every step. Shipping is charged per order — not per product — so adding to your cart only makes your delivery better value.

Good news on customs: orders under AU$1,000 are exempt from customs duty under Australian law — and the vast majority of our orders fall well within that threshold. In rare cases, the Australian Border Force may apply a small GST charge, in line with standard Australian import regulations.
